For more details, contact the pass issuer, or try another method. If Add to Google Wallet or 'Add to GPay' aren’t there, the pass issuer may not support this feature.

Tip: The options on the pass issuer's site can typically be found under 'Tickets,' 'Passes,' or 'Cards.'.

Select Add to Google Wallet or Add to GPay.

If needed, sign in to the pass issuer's site.

Open the pass issuer’s website, app, or email.

Follow the on-screen instructions.Īdd a loyalty or gift card from a partner’s website or app Otherwise, you can enter the card info manually.

You may have the option to scan your gift card.

You can also search for the merchant or gift card name.

Find and tap the merchant or gift card name.

If your gift card has an issuer logo, such as Mastercard or Visa, you must add it as a payment method. Important: Google Play gift cards aren't supported.

To turn data sharing on, under “General” turn Smart features and personalization in other Google products on or off.

Tap Menu Settings the account that you want to change.

On your Android phone, open the Gmail app.

Wallet automatically adds loyalty cards from your Gmail inbox when you have the Smart features and personalization in other Google products control turned on. After that, the email is deleted permanently.

Deleted messages stay in your trash for 30 days. Important: If you delete the email with the loyalty card, the pass is removed from Google Wallet. Tip: If you can’t find the merchant or loyalty program name when you search the app, it means that the loyalty program isn't supported. You may have the option to scan your existing card, sign up for a new account, or find your existing account.You can also search for the merchant or loyalty program name.
